1. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Glow Developments MI LLC, 21366 Hall Rd, Clinton Twp. MI, 48038.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on the first of each month at 12 AM EST and ends on the last day of each month at 11:59 PM EST.
4. HOW TO ENTER
You may enter the Sweepstakes at Gun-Glow.com/Sweepstakes.
5. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about the 5th of each month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive: one (1) 365 NM Flashlight (Approximate Retail Value: $20.00). Total ARV of all prizes: $20.00. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the drawing. Winner must respond within 30 days of notification to claim the prize. If winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within this period, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of receiving the prize.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
9. TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of the prize.
10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use of the prize.
11. PRIVACY
We do not share or sell personal information.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
